Salman Khan’s old video gone viral about Filmfare Award

Controversies have been raised after Filmfare Awards for giving away all the awards to one movie and snubbing all the deserving candidates. Salman Khan's old video is gone viral about calling out the Filmfare Award and wouldn't go to pick any award.

In that old video that has been gone viral, he had said that taking awards from Film fare is like taking awards from my driver, my makeup man. That's stupid.

Salman is calling out the award and saying, "People who don't have confidence in themselves want the awards. I won't go and pick Film fare or any other stupid award. The National Award is prestigious if I get that I will go and pick."

He added, "Magazines are running on our strength. Jo aapke or stars k interviews par chal rahi hai wohi aapko bulate hai aur apko award dete hai. You come and perform. Then they go to Manikchand and Pan Parag. We are like idiots, suit-boot pahn kar baithe aur award le rahe hai."

"It is like receiving awards from my driver, spot-boy and makeup man. Ek din woh kahenge baba aaj ham aapko award dete hai. That's Stupid." he added.



 Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy got thirteen Film fare Awards for different categories this year. It is the maximum award-winning movie in the history of any award show.

Ananya Pandey who got the best debut actress for Student of The Year 2 was also criticized. 

The old video was surfaced on twitter after #BoycottFilmFare was trending on it. Salman's video is getting mixed reviews. Fans of Bhai Jaan are lauding on his statement and making his video viral. Meanwhile, some are asking him on Twitter whether he is attending and dancing in award functions just for money or not.   

One twitter user wrote,"@BeingSalmanKhan. Performances Khan k songs par hi karenge aur awards Akshay aur Ranveer ko denge."
