People are using plastic-ware in daily usage since it cuts the cost down and makes life undemanding. It is way too much easy to carry disposables instead of heavy utensils and water bottles or mates for picnics, outings or a small house party. It makes people use plastic mats and disposable so no need to worry about washing them or take them back home.

In 1992, a shipping container loaded with 28000 rubber duckies was lost in the ocean somewhere between Hong Kong and the United States. Those astray duckies were wiped off ashore from time to time. Recently, it was found at the beach of some isolated island in the pacific ocean.
The highlight is plastic doesn't get destroyed by any mean, it stays on the land for millions of the years. It has been said that by 2050, plastic will be the reason for extinct life underwater if the retrieving rate of plastic stays the same.
How to save our planet- Mother nature does have its own ways to create safeguards. Despite that, we too have some responsibility towards saving our earth. Instead of dumping and creating mountains of the debris of plastic, we can reuse or recycle the existing plastic. Nevertheless, reducing the usage of plastic things would be the most effectual stride.
Instead of using disposable plastic water bottles every time we can use reusable bottles. Plastic cutlery can be replaced by disposable wooden cutlery according to necessity otherwise, go for reusable ones. Things that we can really replace them to non-plastic, guys go for it.
In 2019, Our honorable prime minister Narendra Modi did ask every Indian to reduce the usage of plastic in all manner. He also listed one-time-use 8 things to be banned with immediate action. Those 8 things include disposable items (can be easily replaced), styrofoams and all sorts of plastic bags.
Most of the states have banned plastic bags and disposable plasticware on the account. For making this movement successful they have announced some fine for using banned items.
On the contrary, Big food industries are still using plastic widely for packing their food to sell with the assertion to keep food fresh and crunchy. Likewise, industries of bottled water are still flourishing without any snag or being imperative towards nature. Only the roadside vendors and a set of mankind have stopped using plastic bags. Others are still waiting for it to be a crime to use one-time-use plastic.
The government should ban plastic in food packaging. Since only the plastic can be sealed airtight, the food has been packed in plastic packets for years. Acute to find some alternative for it because this is where most of the plastic is used in daily life.
