5 Morning routine activities for a perfect day

Let's start it with an old proverb 'An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.' It seems it doesn't work these days as people nowadays don't follow a healthy routine which the olden people used to have. They used to work hard physically from morning to night and used to eat only organically produced. Yes, of course, it was the only option then. Organically produced edibles are much healthier than what we mostly eat nowadays, which affects the lifespan of humankind. It has been reduced to 75-80 years only, which  used to be 90-95 years back then. In this era, people are more habitual to eat unhealthy or unplanned diets and no physical work. Instead, they choose household chores to be done by MACHINES or MAIDS. We have become more workaholics or addicted to online streamings, which results in less activeness.
