Life is full of obstacles and hurdles, there is nothing like a perfect day. You need to make your day perfect by having your focal point to good and right things in every opposite situation, even though they are small.

Think about people, moments or things that bring a big smile on your face. People who are the reason for your happiness and comfort do deserve acknowledgment of their effort. Don't forget to thank your God as well as your pet for the unconditional love they give.

Negative and positive vibes are very contagious. If you are being with a happy-go-lucky person, it is going to affect your nature and change your thoughts about life. Identify the worse behavior of being negative
The idea is to change your thought about yourself to bring positivity to your attitude. Find your areas of feeling low or under-confidence, which invite depressive thoughts in your mind. If you are unable to find them out ask your best friend or your husband or your siblings, they will definitely have some insight to share with you. 

After knowing your lows try to fix them one by one, do not impose displeasing pressure to get rid of habits.

How to think positive when everything goes wrong

Being positive does not mean that you bury all your emotions and feelings. It is the nature of a human being; moreover, it is healthy to become ignoring and dissenting sometimes. Nothing is wrong in feeling low at times but being in deep grieve that leads to depression is what we need to deal with. Sometimes, the lowest points become our strength, motivate us to move on and make positive changes.



Be your own best buddy/friend
When you don't have your best buddy around you who supports you and understands you as much as you know yourself. try to be your own best buddy. Never let yourself down and discouraged, just like you would do for your best friend who needs help. Give yourself a second chance and comfort by saying to yourself that everything is going to be better. In addition, let yourself know that you have a complete right to feel upset or angry in certain situations.

Seek medical help
After trying hard to get rid of your mental stress if you still have trouble controlling your emotions and filled with negative thoughts, don't hesitate to see a doctor such as a psychologist or a therapist.
Open up and talk to them, sharing your problems with them will bring down your stress. You may be benefited from their help.

Relentless negative thoughts can be a cause of the underlying psychiatric condition, which can be turned into severe depression state that requires treatment.
