UPHAAR TRAGEDY....after 10 yrs get justic in 2007

'Uphaar tragedy'when it had been occured....i think most of people think like that..we all think that 'bhagwan k ghar der hai andher nahi'. Just because we have adapted ourself in the delay of justice.But after 10years victims of uphaar tragedy got this kind of justice then its not a justice its only a formality of solving a case.Where is justice in this case??The main culprit of this tragedy got only 2yrs impresonment after waiting of 10 years.nobody is suffering with it only the relative of victims will suffer with it.They hav been waited for long time for getting justice.But our judiciary got failed in completing its duty. Right of equality has been demolished.In the eye of our law homicide of one person or 59 people is same.But in this case culprits even not getting deserving punishment...And with this justice it has been proved that 'money speaks'.If u hav money to fill the mouth of powered people then nothing will happen to u.
